Weber Grills
Weber grills came into being when George Stephen transformed backdoor grilling by using a rounded cooking vessel with a lid on top after being sufficiently annoyed by the wind, ash and the flare-ups that disturbed his barbeque. It was while working at the Weber Brothers Metal Works that George hit upon the idea of providing a top cover with a handle, and legs, with the grill in between. The design was a hit and gave rise to the Weber-Stephen Products Company. Today the Weber grills use a patented system to eliminate flare-ups as also providing amazing heat control. The company launched the very famous “Genesis” in 1985 which made outdoor cooking fun. The various grills manufactured by the Weber company today come with many features and safety measures that make grilling easy and fun.
