Smoking or Barbecue is something very different from grilling. Smoking is a much more traditional practice in which the meat or food is cooked using low heat, whereby the food is exposed to an aromatic hardwood smoke. Since, low flame is used for smoking, the food is cooked more evenly and does not burn. This method of cooking can be used for smoking chicken, fish, salmons, vegetables and other smoked delicacies.
