Mongolian Grilled Lamb Chops with Macadamia Crust and Cilantro Mint Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- Lamb Chops Frenched
- Crushed Macadamia nuts
- 1/2 C whipping cream
- 1 Tbs chopped mint
- 1 Tbs cilantro
- salt & pepper

Preparation:
- Season the lamb chops with salt & pepper. Grilled to desire.
- Chop mint and cilantro together, add cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Coat the lamb chops with the sauce, then coat the lamb chops with the Macadamia nuts.
