Grilled Mongolian Beef Sticks Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 slices of fresh ginger
- 2 scallions
- 3TBS Soy Sauce
- 2 -3 lb Flank Steak Thinly Sliced
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Sesame Oil

Preparation:
- Place the garlic, ginger, scallions, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil into your chopper bowl. Process until well blended about 1 minute.
- Slice flank steak into thin slices cutting across the grain. Place the meat into a bowl and cover with the sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat your grill. Thread your steak slices onto a bamboo skewer. Place the skewers on the grill and cook turning once.
- In a separate sauce pan, reduce the sauce. Place the cooked skewers on a serving plate and have the sauce in a separate bowl for dipping.
- Before beginning your preparation, cook 2 cups of Jasmine Rice. Serve the rice along side of the beef and sauce.
