Korean Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 pounds of chicken thighs and wings (or legs) with the skin
- 8 tbsp salad or vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 1/3 cup of green scallions, chopped finely
- ½ cup regular soy sauce
- ½ cup of water
- 1 tsp black pepper

Directions
- Place the chicken in a large zip lock bag.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken in the bag.
- Seal bag and marinate overnight.
- Barbecue the chicken until fully cooked.
- Serve with cooked rice and a nice green salad.
