Grilling Pork Chops Hawaiian Style

Ingredient:

  • 1 can (20 ounces) Pineapple Slices, drained, reserve juice
  • 6 trimmed Boneless Pork Chops, 1" thick
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

 

Preparation:

  • Place chops in a large shallow casserole or baking dish.
  • Combine ΒΌ cup reserved pineapple juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce, onion, garlic, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  • Pour over pork chops. Cover baking dish.
  • Marinate pork chops in refrigerator 2-8 hours.
  • Remove pork chops, reserve marinade.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chops 20 minutes, turn and grill 20 minutes, basting frequently.
  • Place pineapple ring on top of pork chops during final few minutes of grilling.
