Hawaiian Grilled Pork Chops Recipe

Preparation:
- Place chops in a large shallow casserole or baking dish.
- Combine ΒΌ cup reserved pineapple juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce, onion, garlic, and brown sugar. Mix well.
- Pour over pork chops. Cover baking dish.
- Marinate pork chops in refrigerator 2-8 hours.
- Remove pork chops, reserve marinade.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chops 20 minutes, turn and grill 20 minutes, basting frequently.
- Place pineapple ring on top of pork chops during final few minutes of grilling.
