Grilling Churrasco de Minas

Minas Gerais Style Barbecue

Ingredients:

  • 1 hour for 4 to 6 servings
  • 2 pounds of beef tenderloin
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 1 clove mashed garlic

 


Preparation:

  • Marinate the beef overnight in the lemon juice, salt and garlic.
  • Next day, barbecue the meat, turning frequently. Grill large chunks of meat. Roast slowly.
  • Cut outside parts already brown and serve. Keep rare beef on grill and baste with salty water to keep meat juicy.
