Grilling Churrasco de Minas

Preparation:
- Marinate the beef overnight in the lemon juice, salt and garlic.
- Next day, barbecue the meat, turning frequently. Grill large chunks of meat. Roast slowly.
- Cut outside parts already brown and serve. Keep rare beef on grill and baste with salty water to keep meat juicy.
