Hawaiian Chicken With Rice Pilaf

Preparation:
- Combine in a sealed container. Place boneless chicken breasts in marinade so they are covered. Marinate 36 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
- Great for camping, breasts may also be frozen after marinating.
- Grill over hot coals, eight to 10 minutes per side. Serve with Rice Pilaf.
- Prepare the rice pilaf with 1 cup long grain rice, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp. minced parsley, 1 tsp. Basil with salt and pepper as per taste.
